Our mission is to deliver flawlessly applied eyelash extensions that embody elegance, sophistication, and the epitome of lash perfection.
Appointment Policy
All appointments require a valid credit or debit card on file to hold your reservation. A deposit is required for each appointment. Late arrivals may lead to shorter appointment times or the need to reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Any deposit will be transferred in the event of such occurrences.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a fee charged to the card on file. No-call/no-shows will result in a full charge for the service booked.
No Refunds
I strive to provide the best service possible, but please note that there are no refunds. Deposits are also non-refundable. Let’s respect each other's time.
Allergies & Reactions
Please notify me of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. I use professional-grade products to ensure your comfort and safety.
Liability
Carla Does Lashes is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during or after your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to release us from any liability for such instances.
Payment
We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Payments are due at the time of service. Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion (Cash or Zelle is accepted).
Location Reminder
Please note: My office is located in Montclair, NJ. Please double-check your directions to avoid driving to Norwood, NJ.
